SMOKELESS FUTURE

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY

We believe the pursuit of profit and market value is not enough. Companies should also strive to create social value; for the benefit of all stakeholders. Broao Far is a global company; our products are sourced, processed, and used in many different countries. We cannot ignore our wide sphere of influence and our potential to bring about positive change in the world. To that end, we incorporate environmental and social responsibility into every aspect of our business. From development to launch, with each new product, we consider whether it is in line with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY

Establish a Sustainable Development Plan

We have researched and given considerable thought to international standards documents such as the Global Reporting Initiative's (GRI) "Sustainability Reporting Standard, the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, in addition to the Chinese Standardization Administration's GB/T 36000. We have also conducted comprehensive benchmark tests on sustainability issues and indicators, identified social responsibility opportunities closely related to the company's development, and formulated an action plan based on these findings.

Increase Stakeholder Participation

We organize workshops regularly to collect and integrate feedback from various departments to analyze the company's main stakeholders. Each department interacts with different stakeholders, and these workshops are a valuable research tool for better understanding their needs. Ultimately, it allows us to maintain smooth communication with stakeholders through multiple channels, increase participation, and meet their requirements more effectively.

Integrated SDGs into day-to-day operations

We have closely integrated our corporate social responsibility objectives with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We continue to search for ways to align operations with these goals and leave our mark on global sustainable development.
